Who would have thought that this scene is in the Philippines?

Don't we all wish all roads in Philippines especially in Manila, the capital city are this clean and open?

Not congested and people cross on pedestrian lanes and cars are following their traffic lanes? 

For a better Philippines, Discipline is the word.

And where did the courtesy go? I noticed they are even more proud when they are rude thinking they looked and acted cool when they were actually being mean. :(
